About the Therapist
I graduated from the Margaret Corbishley School of Reflexology in 2006, following a year long course in reflexology and am now a full member of the Association of Reflexologists.
I have since completed post graduate training in reflexology for Pre Conception and Pregnancy and now specialise in these areas.
I have also undertaken specialist training under Lynne Boothe and am qualified to practice Vertical Reflex Therapy, which is a more intense form of reflexology.

Typical Treatment
Your first treatment will include a consultation, where we will discuss your medical history and lifestyle. This will help me to treat the whole person rather than the symptoms, which in turn will help restore balance to the body.
I will then begin by asking you to close your eyes and relax. At this point I will guide you through a deep relaxation technique, before encouraging you to proceed with your own personal visualisations.
When you are nicely relaxed I begin the reflexology treatment,where I apply gentle pressure to the feet or hands, concentrating on the problem areas. A treatment plan will be discussed with you at the end of the first session, which should last about 1 hour. Any subsequent treatment sessions should last 45 to 50 minutes.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT I WORK FROM HOME AND DO NOT HAVE A WAITING AREA FOR THOSE WHO MAY ACCOMPANY YOU.
